1. Project Selection
The first step is an initial investment clearance, form the country analysis to the evaluation of land for right location and irradiation potential. It follows a document review, supported by an economic and commercial evaluation, thus starting with a milestone activity.
2. Feasibility Check
Secure financing is an important step, we ensure to bring together local and foreign banks searching low cost DFI financing, thus building a project finance negotiation team to secure a project finance term sheet.
3. Development
After putting EPC contract in place and negotiation contracts, we establish a coordination team, managing technical and legal advisors. Continuing by managing the entire stakeholders scene, finalizing contracts and getting the first funding.
4. Construction and O&M
While executing the local content, we create a sub-contract platform with specialist local entities, analyzing market condition and opportunities, managing local liaising and government processes.
Therefore we ensure and executing exit, assisting the transaction team.

The most common method to produce biofuels is known as the transesterification process, a simpler and less complex system if the oil used for the production of biodiesel is virgin (in this case, in fact, further processing processes are avoided). Through this chemical reaction, the molecules of the fatty acids are broken down thanks to the use of an alcoholic reagent (methanol or ethanol) reinforced by a catalyst, such as caustic soda. In this way, alcohol and fatty acids react to produce glycerol and, above all, biofuels.
